Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, all RBS Black Card holders have the right to information on personal records held by us about them on computer files at our Cards Customer Services Centre. If you would like to see this information, please write to RBS Black Card, PO Box 5747, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 9AJ. There is a fee of £10 for this service, so please include a cheque to this amount, made out to The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.

Every effort will be made to reach a satisfactory conclusion with you.
